How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Worldwide express delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days once shipped. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Do you offer free shipping?
Complimentary worldwide express shipping is included on qualifying orders. Any thresholds are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order enters fulfilment it can't be changed.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability — pieces are made in limited runs and are not restocked.
How do I start a return?
Get in touch with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How do WALLAHI pieces fit?
Our garments are cut with a boxy, drop-shoulder streetwear fit. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one. Detailed measurements are listed on each product page.
How should I wash and care for my garment?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach. Hang dry to preserve the print and heavyweight structure. Cool iron on the reverse if needed — never directly on the artwork.
How do I keep the print looking new?
Always wash inside out and avoid high heat. High-density screenprint and embroidery are built to last, but gentle care keeps them sharp for years.
